1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Kokosiki (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The App
Kokosiki is a casual mobile game. We may add, remove, or modify features, content, levels, balancing, advertisements, or other parts of the App over time.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, interfere with the App or related services, use cheats or automation intended to manipulate gameplay, reverse engineer the App except where applicable law permits it, or infringe the rights of others.
5. Advertising and third-party services
The App may use Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play Billing, and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. In-app purchases
Kokosiki may offer optional digital items or other in-app purchases through Google Play. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to the applicable Google Play terms and payment rules. Prices, availability, and included content may change. We do not control payment processing performed by Google Play.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its software, artwork, graphics, characters, sounds, names, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the developer and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Availability and disclaimer
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
